03Delivery & tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow the package with the carrier.
If a shipment seems delayed, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it.

We currently ship within the United States only. Some restrictions may apply.
05Packaging
Orders ship in discreet packaging. Temperature-sensitive material ships with cold-chain packing where required.
06Lost, damaged, or incorrect orders
If an item is missing, incorrect, or damaged when your order arrives, contact us right away with your order number and photos of the packaging and contents. We'll handle each case individually.
To cancel an order, contact us before it ships. Orders can't be canceled once they're in transit.
