Research materials can't be taken back into inventory once they've shipped, so we keep this policy short and clear. Please read it before you place an order.

02All sales final & returns
Because of the nature of research materials and our quality controls, we don't accept product returns or exchanges.
All sales are final once an order has shipped.
We recommend double-checking the products and quantities in your cart before you check out.
03Damaged, missing, or incorrect items
If an item is missing, incorrect, or damaged when your order arrives, contact us right away. Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the contents
We'll review and handle each case individually.

To cancel an order, contact us before it ships. Once a package is in transit, the order can't be canceled.
05Refunds
If we can't fulfill a paid order because an item is out of stock, we refund the payment to your original payment method.
Any other refund request, such as for a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, is reviewed case by case as described above.
06Research-use acknowledgment
All products are sold for laboratory research use only. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 21 or older, that you are purchasing for laboratory research, and that you take responsibility for the use, storage, and handling of products in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
