Common questions
How do I get a COA?
Every batch comes with a certificate of analysis. Send us a message with the product name and batch number, choose “COA request” as the topic, and we'll send it over.
Where's my order?
Send us a message with your order number and choose “Order status” as the topic. We'll check on it and get back to you.
Do I need an account?
No. Check out as a guest with just your email. Your invoice and tracking updates go there, and you can look up an order anytime on Track Order with your order number and that email. An account is optional; it just keeps your saved addresses and past orders in one place.
Do you ship to all US states?
We ship within the US. Some restrictions may apply.
Can you give usage or dosing advice?
No. Our products are for laboratory research only and we can't provide usage, dosing, or medical guidance.
